I grew up on the docks in Montauk.

I slept on my father’s boat by night, and I was left to learn, discover and survive by day. From a young age all the lessons the ocean had to teach were shared with me. This sauce is more than a culinary passion, it is my legacy. I hope the stories and this sauce provide conversations that keep us young, inquisitive, and responsible.
